Terms & Conditions of Sale

By placing an order with S. Indigo Artistry, you (the “Customer”) agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all residential, private office, and commercial clients.
1. Tangible Property & Fulfillment
All mural orders are for physical, tangible goods. Upon successful payment, your order is sent to our professional printing partners for production.
Production Time: Please allow 7 – 20 business days for printing and quality inspection before shipping.
Address Accuracy: The Customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
2. Grant of Display Rights
Your purchase includes a Physical Display License. This allows the owner of the physical mural to display the artwork in any setting, including:
Residential: Private homes and personal spaces.
Professional: Private offices, studios, or co-working spaces.
Commercial: Public-facing businesses such as retail stores, cafes, lobbies, or galleries. For high-traffic hospitality or national retail chains, please contact S. Indigo Artistry for a custom Enterprise License.
Bulk Commercial: Orders (5+ units), please contact S. Indigo Artistry directly for custom contract terms.
Note: This license is tied to the physical object. If you sell or transfer the physical mural to a new owner, these display rights transfer with the object.
3. Intellectual Property Protections
While you own the physical mural, S. Indigo Artistry retains all copyrights.
No Reproduction: You may not scan, photocopy, or digitally reproduce the mural for any purpose.
No Merchandising: The display right does not include the right to use the artwork on products for sale (e.g., you cannot put the mural image on your business’s coffee mugs or t-shirts).
No Digital Distribution: You may not upload high-resolution photos of the mural to be used as stock imagery or digital downloads.
4. Media & Photography
We encourage you to share your space!
Incidental Use: You are welcome to photograph or film your space (for social media, marketing your business, or personal use) even if the mural appears in the background.
Attribution: While not legally required for incidental background use, we always appreciate a tag or credit to S. Indigo Artistry.
5. Custom Order & Refund Policy
Each mural is a custom-printed, on-demand product.
Final Sale: Once an order is sent to the printer, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damages/Defects: If the mural arrives damaged or with a clear printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement at no cost.
6. Color & Material Variance
Due to differences in monitor calibrations and printing substrates, slight color variations may occur between the digital preview and the physical mural. These variations are a standard part of the printing process and are not considered defects.
